There are many potential problems that we are looking out for when we conduct house inspections for our clients, such as rising damp, foundation settlement, leaks in the plumbing systems and loose roofing tiles. We will also make a note of any visual evidence of infestation by termites or other pests but would advise you to book a separate pest inspection to be on the safe side.
